UI/UX Design
Clean Break
A mobile app that helps users quit smoking by tracking progress, visualising health recovery, and celebrating every smoke-free milestone.

My Role
I was responsible for end-to-end design : user research, prototyping, visual interface, and UX testing.

Product Designer
Designed a quit tracker, gamification, and money/health visualizations.
Key feature – Ai-powered quick-help assistant: when a user feels urge to smoke, it suggests personalised actions (breathing, water, distraction) based on context and user history.
User Research
Conducted in-depth interviews with 5 smokers across different stages of quitting. Mapped their triggers, habits, and past failed attemps. Built empathy maps and user journey flows to define pain points. Based on these insights, designed the core scenarios for the AI assistant. The app is currently in development – launch planned at the end of 2026.
Clean Break
Quitting feels overwhelming
Most smokers relapse within the first 7 days due to stress and habits. Clean Break offers a calm, supportive space to track progress, build new routines, and stay motivated – without pressure or judgment.

Overview
Designed a clean, pixel-perfect interface with an emerald green palette – symbolizing health and renewal. Every element is precise: balanced grids, clear typography, smooth micro-animations. The result is a premium, trustworthy look that users described as “calm and motivating.”

Process
Research

Research 1
Conducted a competitive analysis of 4 existing smoking cessation apps and created a mind map of desired features. Identified key user pain points: dark interfaces, lack of navigation, excessive text, harsh colors. Also identified the main market opportunity — an AI chat with deep context, which competitors lack.
Synthesis
User interview showed that the core need is not more data, but timely emotional support. The product is built around an AI assistant that delivers personalized help during cravings. The interface uses calming green tones with focus on simplicity and trust.
Outcomes
Three key findings: simple registration, instant craving support, and retention after day 30. Solutions: minimal onboarding, SOS widget on the home screen, health milestones, and community.
Process
Research
The user journey follows a clear 4-step path: goal setting (onboarding), self-monitoring (health&progress tracking), gamified engagement (daily/weekly challenges with analytics), and instant crisis support (AI-chat). The entire flow is designed to minimise friction, sustain motivation through micro-achievements, and provide real-time coping tools during cravings—all while maintaining full privacy transparency.
